Return and Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
- Return window: 14 days from the delivery date.
- Jewelry (excluding earrings) may be tried or briefly worn, but must be returned clean, undamaged, and free of odors, residues, discoloration, or alterations; all components (e.g., stones, charms, clasps) must be intact.
- Earrings are refundable only if unopened and unworn with hygiene seals intact.
- Exclusions: Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable.
Exchanges
- Timeline: Exchanges will be processed within 7 days once the returned item is received and passes inspection.
- Stock: Exchange is subject to item availability. If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit per your preference.
- Shipping: Replacement shipments follow our Delivery Policy.
Additional Fees
- No restocking/handling fees.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Partial returns are refunded for the returned items only.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email our support team with your order number, photos of the item(s), and your reason for return or exchange. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack securely: Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship back: Use a trackable service. Please dispatch within 7 days of receiving our reply email. Return address will be provided in that email.
- Inspection & processing: We’ll inspect the item(s) upon arrival and proceed with your refund or exchange. Exchanges are processed within 7 days after receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund according to your preference.
