Courier

• SF Express handles all local deliveries.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver to all addresses across Hong Kong SAR with no location restrictions, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and all outlying islands/remote areas.
• No international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 2–7 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Shipping days: 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday).
• Severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rain) or public holidays may affect transit times.

Delivery Fee

• Free delivery for orders of HK$500 or above.
• Orders below HK$500: flat rate HK$30 per order.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed and handed to SF Express within 2-5 working days.
• Business hours: 9:00am–9:00pm (HKT).
• Orders placed after 4:00pm are processed the next day.

Tracking and Notifications

• You’ll receive an SF Express tracking number/link once your order is dispatched.

Address Changes

• Address changes after dispatch may cause delays and are subject to SF Express arrangements.
